I only used it for a little while and it’s already starting to wear out. Kinda disappointing i wouldn’t really count on it if you need something durable

It felt a lot colder than I expected. When I reached out to support, the replies were blunt and didn’t really help much. I kept thinking I’d wasted my time and didn’t want to risk losing more of it trying again. It just didn’t feel like they cared, so I probably wouldn’t go back

I tried wearing these for a few days, but they just kept rubbing and never felt right. The fit was weird and uncomfortable pretty much the whole time. it reminded me why I get annoyed with automated size recommendations and all those systems that act like they know what’ll work for you. These definitely didn’t work for me, and I wouldn’t buy them again...

I ordered from intuitionliners.com and the shipping was much slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for days, so I was just sitting there with no real idea when it was actually going to arrive.

I tried to get some clarity, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. It was more like getting passed around or being told to just keep waiting, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
By the time the order finally showed up, I was already annoyed. The product arriving late without clear communication was enough for me to leave 1 star.

I was disappointed with this. It feels cheap and flimsy, not at all like something that’s going to hold up well. I figured there would be clearer info about what to do if you’re unhappy with it, but the next steps are kind of confusing, so now I’m stuck trying to figure out whether to return it or just deal with it.

I tried these liners because I really thought they’d help with heel hold, but my heel still lifted on every run. After a few outings, it started to feel sloppy and frustrating. I wanted to trust that they’d fix the issue, but each run made me less confident in them. Not worth it for me

I had a frustrating experience trying to get support. The replies took a long time, and when they finally came through, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I kept having to follow up just to get basic help, and at some point I was like, why is this so complicated? Definitely not the kind of customer service I was expecting.

I tried heat molding them one time, thinking it would help the fit, but it kind of went the opposite way. They felt worse afterward and ended up being painful, which was really frustrating because I expected them to get more comfortable, not less.

For some reason, I expected a lot more for what I paid. It ended up feeling like I spent too much and barely got anything in return.

I ordered my normal size, but these liners just didn’t fit right at all. The toe area felt super tight, while the heel was kind of loose, which was weird. I even tried heat molding them and it still didnt really help. After one run my feet were sore, so yeah... not great. I just wish the size guide was a bit more clear.

I hate to be negative, but the support experience was really frustrating. I sent a message and ended up waiting much longer than I expected for a proper response. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt rushed and didn’t actually solve the issue, so I had to keep following up. Everyone was polite enough, but it was a bit of a hassle and not something I’d want to deal with again...

I just needed something that actually fit my boots, and that basic thing was completely ignored. It said compatible, but once I tried it, my boots felt totally off and uncomfortable. Frustrating.
